1) Information We Collect

• Account data (staff and tenants): name, email, phone, and role. Accounts are created by administrators; there is no self sign-up.
• Operational data: permits, reports, lost & found, cleaning and maintenance logs, and gate movements entered by users during work.
• Camera: used only to scan permit QR codes at the gate. We do not capture or store photos.
• Notifications: a device push token to deliver system notifications if enabled.
• Contact form: name, email, phone, and message when you submit an inquiry.

2) How We Use Your Data

To operate the Platform: authentication and permissions, processing permits and reports, gate verification, sending notifications, and responding to inquiries. We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it.

3) Storage & Security

Data is stored with a trusted cloud provider (Supabase) and protected by row-level security (RLS). Passwords are hashed and never visible to us.

4) Data Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties except where technically necessary to run the service or required by law. No sharing for marketing.

5) Data Retention

We retain data for as long as operationally needed and as required by law. Inactive accounts are disabled promptly.

6) Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data within legal limits by contacting management.

7) Children’s Privacy

The Platform is intended for administrative and business use and is not directed to children under 13.

8) Changes

We may update this policy; the updated date above reflects any material change.
